Worse, many of these treasonous trattorias have debased the wing by introducing the “boneless wing.” I can barely type that phrase without vomiting. A boneless wing is an abomination, like a godless church, an Abe Lincoln-less penny, or an episode of “Family Matters” without Urkel. You simply cannot have a chicken wing without the bone and — far, far more important — the skin.”

The best TV series of the ’00s | Best Of The Decade | The A.V. Club:

The AV Club pretty much nails it with this list. There’s a few shows I haven’t seen, and one or two that I might shuffle a little higher or lower, but this is pretty much the most spot-on “Best of” list I’ve seen in a while. Now I’m off to download some Breaking Bad and Deadwood.
